Selling a home can be an exciting and an emotional process.  The home you have loved is about to become a house on the market.  Unlike the buying process, you do not have as much control over the timeframes involved since you cannot sell the house until a buyer makes an acceptable offer on it.  My job is to make the process as easy as possible for you and to market your home to bring the best possible buyer to you.
