These are the things we'll do when we list your home:

• Sign a listing agreement.
• Fill out the government required disclosures and other important documents.
• Set up a showing schedule to let me and other Realtors know when your home can be shown.
• Put it in the Multiple Listing System and on the Internet.
• Install a lockbox to provide other Realtors access to the home after scheduling a showing.
• Discuss and begin our marketing plan.
