I have worked with a significant number of 1st time homebuyers over the past 15 years so I realize the importance
of educating you about the process of buying a home. The For Buyers section of this web site will give you a high level understanding of the buying process and provide you the opportunity
to request information about various steps in the process. However, it is important that you know the following about
how I will work with you in this exciting process.
I will have an initial meeting with you to explain the whole buying process and answer your initial questions.
My services are free. The seller pays my commission through the listing agent.
I am an Accredited Buyer Representative so I have been specially trained to help buyers. In fact, I
have taught the Buyer Orientation class for new agents in our office.
Even if you plan to build and visit builder models you should still use a Realtor. Once again, my services
are free to the buyer and it is good to have someone looking out for your best interests during the building process.
